RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Right of Withdrawal (EU Orders Only)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:
unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Print-on-Demand Products)

Since all products are made specifically for each customer (print-on-demand), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

• the item is damaged,

• defective,

• or you received the wrong product.

If this applies, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

If your return under the legal withdrawal right is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
