Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as PTTP Studios may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we hand the products over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

PTTP Studios is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our shop are concluded directly between you and PTTP Studios. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and PTTP Studios, including injuries, damages, or losses arising from the products and services you purchase. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all liability for claims, damages, and obligations arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with PTTP Studios.
